Agreement to these terms
By visiting beautrinsing.world, submitting an inquiry, creating or accepting a booking, attending a session, or otherwise using any feature we make available, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, each as updated from time to time.
If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase or receive services. Where you act on behalf of another person, household, or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and to provide any personal data you submit in connection with the booking.
These Terms form a contract between you and Beautrinsing regarding website use and the provision of paid or complimentary introductory informational consultations where offered. Additional written confirmations may apply to specific bookings; where a conflict arises, the booking confirmation prevails only for the narrow subject it expressly addresses, and these Terms continue to govern all other matters.
If you are uncertain whether our offerings suit your situation, review Section 3 carefully. We provide education and planning support, not diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care.
Electronic acceptance and records
You consent to conduct business with us electronically, including receiving notices at the email address you supply. You agree that confirmations sent by email or through our contact channels may satisfy any legal requirement that an agreement be in writing, subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Service description and limits
Beautrinsing offers affordable nutrition consultations aimed at helping individuals and families in Sweden structure everyday eating, compare budget-friendly options, organise grocery planning, and understand broad principles of balanced meals. Sessions may cover topics such as meal templates, label literacy at a general level, kitchen logistics, and habit-building strategies suited to ordinary wellness-minded consumers.
If you have or suspect a medical condition, food allergy with risk of anaphylaxis, electrolyte or fluid issues, pregnancy complications, eating disorder, or symptoms requiring urgent attention, you must seek appropriate professional care. Call emergency services where applicable. Do not rely on our Services for emergency or time-critical decisions.
No guaranteed outcomes
Individual responses to dietary change vary. We describe educational concepts and practical approaches; we do not promise weight change, athletic performance, metabolic markers, symptom relief, or financial savings. Any examples are illustrative and not guarantees of results.
No therapeutic product claims
Discussion of foods or general categories of supplements is informational only and not an endorsement, recommendation to begin or stop a product, or advice tailored to contraindications or drug interactions. Decisions about supplements or functional foods remain solely between you and your healthcare providers.
Fit with advertising policies
Marketing for our Services describes non-clinical education and planning support. Claims about health or disease are outside our scope. If you arrived via an advertisement, interpret the ad as inviting you to general wellness education, not clinical care.
| Included in scope | Outside scope |
|---|---|
| General meal planning patterns and budget-oriented grocery strategies | Medical diets for renal, hepatic, cardiac, oncologic, or metabolic disease management |
| Education about food groups and everyday label reading concepts | Therapeutic nutrient dosing or tube-feed regimen design |
| Habit and routine coaching at a lifestyle level | Eating disorder treatment or exposure therapy |
| Referral suggestions to seek qualified professionals when issues exceed our scope | Emergency assessments or on-call medical coverage |
Eligibility and authority
To enter a contract for paid Services independently, you must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of binding yourself under applicable law. If you are sixteen or seventeen, you may participate only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the booking and communications.
Corporate and group arrangements require a signatory with authority to incur charges and accept these Terms for the organisation. Household bookings may include discussion about family meals; the adult purchaser is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent relating to information about minors or other household members.
Geographic focus
We orient practical examples toward conditions common in Sweden (labelling context, typical retailers, SEK pricing references). Users outside Sweden may browse the website, but consultations are offered on the basis described on our contact pages and confirmations; you remain responsible for determining whether local regulations affect your participation.
No duty to serve
We may decline a booking or discontinue Services where we reasonably believe they would fall outside our educational scope, pose safety concerns, involve abusive conduct, or conflict with law. Where prepayment was taken and we decline prior to delivery, refund treatment follows our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website and participate in sessions only for lawful, respectful purposes aligned with the informational nature of our Services. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not interfere with security, attempt credential theft, distribute malware, scrape the site at scale without permission, bypass technical limits, or probe systems except as allowed by written agreement.
| Permitted | Not permitted |
|---|---|
| Personal browsing and sharing our URL informally | Reposting paid Materials on public sites without consent |
| Downloading resources explicitly offered for download | Harvesting contact data of staff or other users |
| Providing honest, accurate information during booking | Misrepresenting qualifications to obtain student or corporate rates |
| Recording a session only where we have agreed in writing beforehand | Secret recordings or streaming of consultations |
During video sessions, choose a private environment where you feel comfortable discussing food habits. Do not drive or perform hazardous activities while attending. You are responsible for your own equipment, connectivity, and backups.
Misuse and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend access, cancel remaining sessions without refund where your conduct causes loss or risk, or involve law enforcement where legally appropriate. Harassment, discriminatory language, threats, or sexual content in any channel will result in immediate termination where permitted by consumer rules.
If you believe another user or third party is misusing our brand or Materials, notify us at service@beautrinsing.world with reasonable detail. We have no obligation to police the internet but may take action we consider appropriate.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to prepayment requirements or refusal of future bookings regardless of other policies.
Intellectual property
The Website, branding, text, layout, graphics, curated photography where present, audio scripts, and proprietary templates are protected by copyright, trade dress, and other intellectual property rights belonging to Beautrinsing or licensors. Trademarks and service marks must not be used without prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website and to use Materials delivered to you solely for your private, non-commercial reference in connection with consultations you purchased. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, publicly perform, incorporate into training products, or create derivative works from our Materials except where mandatory law allows quotation with attribution and without commercial exploitation.
Feedback you voluntarily provide about Services may be used without obligation to compensate you, except where personal data in feedback is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Open-source and third-party components
The Website may rely on fonts, icons, frameworks, or libraries governed by their own licences. Those components remain subject to their upstream terms and are not sold to you.
Third-party links and tools
The Website may reference or link to retailers, government nutrition pages, payment processors, video platforms, map services, or analytics tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security practices, or pricing. A link is not an endorsement unless explicitly stated in context.
If you leave our Website, these Terms no longer apply; the destination site's terms and privacy notice govern. Review those documents before submitting data or making purchases elsewhere.
You acknowledge that video consultations may depend on third-party conferencing software. Operational outages of those providers may delay or require rescheduling sessions; such events are handled under our Refund Policy and the force majeure section below.
Bookings, fees, and payment
Bookings may be initiated through the contact form on the Website, by telephone +46 8 644 20 50 during published hours, or by email to service@beautrinsing.world. A Confirmed booking exists only after we send written confirmation identifying scope, fee, tax treatment if applicable, duration, channel (in-person Solna area as offered, or remote), and preparation steps.
| Channel | Notes |
|---|---|
| Website form | Submit requests any time; responses during business hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET. |
| Use service@beautrinsing.world; include preferred times and whether remote or in-person applies. | |
| Telephone | Verbal discussions become binding only when echoed in written confirmation. |
Fees are quoted in Swedish Kronor unless otherwise stated and include value-added tax where legally required. Currency conversion charges from your bank are your responsibility. We may adjust list prices prospectively; Confirmed bookings honour the price stated in the confirmation.
Payment obligations, due dates, invoicing for organisations, and refund mechanics are further described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be treated as evidence of dispute; we may suspend Services pending resolution.
Gift and promotional sessions
If we offer promotional or complimentary sessions, these Terms still apply except fees waived by explicit notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated in writing.
Consultation conduct
Sessions are collaborative conversations. We prepare based on information you supply; incomplete or inaccurate information reduces usefulness and may require rescheduling at your expense per the Refund Policy.
Start and end times apply as confirmed. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled time to respect following clients. We endeavour to start punctually; occasional minor delays do not entitle you to refunds unless they materially prevent delivery, in which case reschedule or refund remedies apply as described in the Refund Policy.
In-person meetings occur only at locations we authorise in writing. You are responsible for travel, parking, and complying with building access rules.
We may terminate a session early if safety, scope creep into clinical matters we cannot address, or abusive behaviour arises. Fees may be forfeited or partially credited consistent with the Refund Policy.
Written summaries
Where included, follow-up summaries recap educational points discussed. Summaries are aids to memory, not bespoke medical plans. Verify any changes with qualified professionals where health issues exist.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide contact details that reach you reliably, update us about scheduling conflicts promptly, and notify us if interpretation assistance is required so we can assess feasibility in advance.
You remain solely responsible for dietary choices, purchases, food safety at home, allergy vigilance, medication adherence, and seeking medical care. If a clinician has given you written instructions, those instructions override general educational suggestions from us where they conflict.
You must not treat Materials as a substitute for product allergen statements on packaging or statutory warnings. Always read current labels and restaurant allergen information.
Communication standards
Unsolicited marketing to our staff, spam, or scraping of addresses derived from correspondence violates these Terms and may trigger blocking.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted under Swedish law, Services and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, accuracy of third-party data linked from the site, uninterrupted availability, error-free content, and non-infringement beyond mandatory statutory consumer warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website articles and examples may become outdated as products or regulations change. Local municipal advice, healthcare providers, and official agencies remain authoritative for matters beyond general education.
Health disclaimer. Nutritional needs vary by genetics, medications, activity, illness, and life stage. We cannot know all factors relevant to you. Any suggestion is educational and must be evaluated in light of your overall medical picture by appropriate professionals.
If mandatory law implies warranties into consumer contracts, their duration and remedies are limited to those prescribed by that law.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited or restricted by mandatory Swedish or EU consumer protection rules, Beautrinsing and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost savings, missed opportunities, reputational harm, or loss of data arising from Website use or Services, even if advised of the possibility.
Subject to the preceding paragraph, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a Confirmed booking or twelve-month Website usage window is limited to the lesser of (a) the amounts you actually paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event or (b) fifteen thousand SEK, except in cases involving death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such caps are void.
Third-party services such as payment gateways are independent contractors; claims arising solely from their faults should be directed primarily to them, although nothing prevents you from asserting statutory rights against us where payment processing was part of our contractual performance.
Basis of the bargain
Pricing reflects these limitations. If any remedy fails of its essential purpose, the remainder of limitations continues to apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beautrinsing and its owners, staff, and subcontractors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorneys' fees arising out of (a) your misuse of the Website or Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) infringement by content you supply, or (d) disputes between you and healthcare providers based on choices you make after educational sessions, except to the extent finally adjudicated to result from our deliberate misconduct or gross negligence.
Indemnity obligations are curtailed to the extent incompatible with mandatory consumer fairness rules applicable to private individuals acting outside trade.
Privacy reference
Personal data processed through the Website, bookings, and consultations is described in our Privacy Policy, which explains lawful bases, retention, international transfers where relevant, your GDPR rights, and contacts including service@beautrinsing.world for subject requests.
Cookie use and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and banner controls. By continuing after appropriate notice, you acknowledge those instruments.
You agree not to send highly sensitive special-category health data by unsecured channels if you can reasonably avoid it; where you volunteer such information despite narrower processing purposes, we may restrict processing to what is necessary or ask you to delete unrelated attachments.
Changes to terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or pricing realities. We will post the revised version on this page and update the dynamic effective date display in the hero via scripts. Material changes may also be emailed where we hold an address and law requires or recommends notice.
For prepaid multi-session packages underway, material adverse changes will not apply retroactively to sessions already paid but not yet delivered unless we offer an equivalent remedy or refund option required by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend Website access or remaining Services for maintenance, security incidents, legal process, or breach response. You may stop using the Website anytime. Termination of outstanding paid Services follows the Refund Policy and any specific package terms.
Sections that by nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions—remain in effect.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including widespread illness, government orders, natural disasters, strikes unrelated to the affected party, failures of public utilities, major internet disruptions, or armed conflict, provided reasonable mitigation efforts are used.
If performance is impeded for more than thirty consecutive days, either party may terminate affected bookings with refund or credit treatment under the Refund Policy.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your bookings without our prior written consent except where mandatory law allows assignment to a successor in a consumer's estate or merger of household membership.
We may assign agreements to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganisation, asset sale, or corporate transaction, provided your statutory rights are preserved.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in force and the invalid provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to reflect the parties' intent within legal limits.
Entire agreement and waiver
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and your Confirmed booking comprise the entire agreement superseding prior informal understandings about the same subject matter.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver unless acknowledged in writing. Waivers apply only to the specific instance stated.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of Website use or Services are governed by the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere, alongside mandatory provisions of EU consumer regulations where they apply to consumers resident in the European Economic Area.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Disputes and EU online dispute resolution
If a disagreement arises, contact us first at service@beautrinsing.world or +46 8 644 20 50 so we can seek an amicable resolution. Provide booking references, dates, and a concise description of your concern.
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Informal resolution | We aim to respond to complete emails within five business days with next steps. |
| Escalation | If unresolved, we may propose mediation or another proportionate mechanism before formal proceedings. |
| Court venue | Consumers may bring claims in Sweden or another court with mandatory jurisdiction under EU or national law. |
Consumers resident in the EU may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for information about cross-border disputes. Participation in ODR processes is voluntary unless otherwise required.
You may lodge complaints with competent public authorities such as the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where eligible, without prejudice to judicial remedies. Privacy-related complaints may be filed with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) under the GDPR.
